The Pine Grove Civic Improvement Club was incorporated in 1954. It is a nonprofit organization whose purpose is to:
Recently, the Club applied for and received a $250,000 grant, funded by the Amador County Recreation Agency, that will provide accessibility improvements, septic system upgrades, kitchen remodeling, and other building renovations. The contract has been awarded and construction started January 2011.
